His leadership philosophy is rooted in Project-Based Learning (PBL) a methodology, he champions to ensure that theoretical knowledge translates into tangible, real-world solutions by integrating technical and vocational training with entrepreneurial mindset shifts, Hon. Anthony has successfully mentored thousands of individuals, equipping them with the skills necessary to thrive in the modern green economy.
